Glitter Package: Day of Coordinating

You’ve planned your day and ordered your beautiful decorations. Now, you want to ensure that your wedding day desires are expertly executed, just the way you’d dreamed.

The Day of Coordinating is the package for you! Champagne and Glitter’s (C&Ge) experienced event coordinators will ensure your dream comes true. The Day of Wedding Coordinator, will make sure every detail is taken care of, so the you can relax and enjoy your special moment.  Our team will shoulder all of the stress for the evening.

 

During Planning Process

  • Complementary initial meeting, let get acquainted!

  • Three (3) in-person meetings. Un-limited calls, texts and emails throughout your planning process

 

Leading up to Wedding (Final 4-6 Weeks)

  • Confirm wedding vendors and obtain copies of all contracts.

  • Follow up with vendors to verify time of arrival and other details, one week before your wedding day

  • Review and finalize detailed timeline of event

  • Prepare detailed wedding day itinerary and distribute to all vendors

  • Review and confirm seating chart for ceremony and reception

  • One ceremony and reception site walk-through to discuss details & item location

 

Ceremony Rehearsal

  • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal up to one hour

  • Collect important ceremony/reception items (marriage license, guest book, pictures, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, place cards, cake knife, etc.)

  • Distribute individual itineraries to the wedding party

 

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

  • Assist bride, groom, and bridal party, with any needs day of wedding

  • Coordinate with all wedding day vendors and supervise all setup details (Act as liaison between vendors, family members, and members of the wedding party

  • Supervise all setup details including vendors

  • Distribute bridal party flowers to wedding party; assist with attachment to wardrobe

  • Set up all décor not handled by a specific vendor (e.g., menus, favors, unity candles, programs, pictures, etc.)

  • Verify marriage license is signed and wedding rings are present

  • Direct ushers with programs and seating distribution

  • Line up and cue wedding party for ceremony and Grand Entrance for reception

  • Collect any gifts given at ceremony and deliver to reception site or designated person

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as needed

  • Bustle wedding gown

  • Arrange for refreshments for couple upon arrival to reception

  • Assist band or DJ in coordinating special events (e.g., grand entrance, bouquet toss, first dance, etc.)

  • Cue bride and groom for all important events

  • Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events

  • Distribute items for grand exit

  • Gather all personal décor items and give to designated person for next day drop-off

  • Coordinate breakdown of the event

 

Cost $2,500 Up to 200 Guests - Each Additional 50 Guest Count +$100

Cost of travel may apply

Fee of 10% for holiday weddings
